📌 Important Notes to Remember
Remove Paper Gently: Use both hands to pull out jammed paper slowly and evenly. Avoid tearing it—small scraps can cause future jams.
Use Good Paper: Avoid curled, damp, or previously printed sheets. Use clean, flat paper from a sealed package.
Check for Hidden Scraps: After removing a jam, inspect Tray 2 and the duplexer for tiny pieces of paper that may be stuck inside.
Align Paper Properly: Make sure Tray 2’s paper guides match the paper size and the stack stays below the fill line.
